About
My path into this work did not begin in a classroom or a training program—it began through lived experience, initiation, and deep personal awakening.
My first spiritual awakening occurred at a young age. At twelve years old, while navigating an eating disorder and a period of hospitalization, I had my earliest encounters with the deeper questions of existence: the soul, purpose, and why we are here. At the time, I did not yet have the language or consciousness to fully understand what was unfolding, but it marked the beginning of a lifelong relationship with inner inquiry and healing.
Years later, a profound turning point came through loss. Four years ago, after experiencing a miscarriage at twenty weeks and having to deliver, my spiritual awakening deepened in a way that was both devastating and transformative. That experience initiated a period of intense questioning—of who I was, how I was living, the relationship I was in, and what my soul was truly asking of me. It became a call to live more honestly and in deeper alignment.
For many years, I had felt drawn toward plant medicine, particularly ayahuasca. When the time was right, I followed that calling and participated in a ceremony that became a pivotal initiation. During that experience, I received a vision in which Grandmother Ayahuasca offered me a gift. At the time, I could not fully understand or articulate what that gift was—I only knew it was significant.
It wasn’t until much later, after intentionally beginning a direct relationship with my spirit helpers, that clarity emerged. Through that connection, I came to understand my gift as a deep attunement to the spirit realm: the ability to receive information and insight, to sense unspoken pain, to hold powerful presence, and to open space where people feel seen, safe, and able to share what they are carrying. At times, this includes channeling guidance that supports others in their healing and integration.
As I asked for support in understanding this gift, shamanism repeatedly appeared—not as something for me to seek from others, but as a path I was meant to walk myself. Though it had surfaced throughout my life, this was the moment to fully step into it. I began intensive study and training, learning how to work with these abilities in an ethical, grounded, and responsible way.
Alongside this spiritual path, I bring a strong professional foundation. Over twenty years ago, I knew I was meant to work in the helping professions. I completed my Master’s in Social Work and spent many years working extensively with individuals experiencing eating disorders. Over time, my work evolved into virtual coaching, where I supported women navigating spiritual awakenings and major life transitions. Today, my shamanic training integrates seamlessly with my clinical background, allowing me to bridge the spiritual and the practical.
At the heart of my work is one core calling: helping people navigate the experience of waking up.
Spiritual awakenings can be beautiful, disorienting, painful, and isolating—especially when there is little guidance on how to integrate them into everyday life. I support people in understanding their soul’s purpose, making meaning of their experiences, and grounding their insights so they can live with greater alignment, love, and intention.
I offer the guidance I once needed but could not find.
My role is not to “fix,” but to walk alongside—to help you integrate what you are awakening to, navigate the layers of transformation, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you. With both deep personal experience and extensive professional training, I hold space for healing that is safe, compassionate, and rooted in integrity.
This work is my soul’s purpose. And it is an honor to offer it to my community and to those who feel called to walk this path.
