Client Agreement
Services
Client has purchased a 3-month Coaching program with the purpose of this service to support the client in their emotional well-being, healing and accountability. Julie Gerber company offers coaching sessions online, voxer support and teaching skills. This service included the following:
8x one hour coaching calls
Recorded sessions
Unlimited email and voxer support
The services will begin on an agreed upon date and will commence within 90 days of start date. All eight sessions will be completed within the 90 days.
Client agrees to full amount of package upfront and/or in 3 monthly payments (due 1st of the month)
Scheduling
In order to schedule a session, client will use the calendar link or book directly with Julie Gerber.
Cancellation
If the scheduled time does not work for the client, the client must either cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
If the client shows up to the scheduled session, it will be forfeited after 15 minutes. If the client does not reschedule within the required time frame, and does not show up at the scheduled time, the client will forfeit the service that was to be provided at that time and will not receive a refund for missing the session.
Refunds
Company does not offer refunds.
Confidentiality
The coach recognizes that anything discussed during a session is deemed confidential. Whether it is of a business or personal nature, all information shared during a session shall remain between the client and the coach.
The coach recognizes that the client may disclose future plans, business affairs and financial information. The Coach will not at any time share this information with any third party without the express authorization of the client.
The coach realizes that the client may have future plans, business dealings, proprietary knowledge and information. The coach will not at any time indirectly use any information for benefit.
The coach will not divulge that the Coach and Client are in a coaching relationship without express consent of the client. The client of course is free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.
Indemnification
The Client shall indemnify and hold the Coach harmless from any loss or liability arising from actions taken or situations created as a result of the coaching relationship. Delivery Coaching and consulting is delivered virtually
